Named for the Samaná peninsula. A long, slim plan stretches the architecture across a narrow lot, with the principal rooms threaded along a single axis that ends in an outdoor pavilion. Every space sees water in two directions.
Plans, sections and elevations produced in-house. The drawings carry the same restraint as the renderings: nothing decorative, nothing surplus.
