José leads Astro Cósmico. Licensed GC and professional engineer. Carries every project from contract through commissioning. Sub-contractor management, schedule, quality and site safety report to him directly.

Astro Cósmico does not exist in isolation. It is the construction phase of an integrated workflow that begins inside the architecture studio and ends with the keys turning. Every step lives under the same project manager.

Each phase is led by the same principal who carries it. There are no handoffs between strangers. There is one project manager, one schedule of values, and one accountable signature: ours.
