Become an
Astronaut.

Astro Station runs long missions — site survey to keys, a thousand decisions made in flight. We're always listening for the rare architects and designers who could fly one. Think you're ready for your next mission?

The Invitation
01 — The Invitation

Not a job
posting.

We don't list openings. We listen for the right people — and when we meet one, we make room.

Astro Station is one studio that holds the entire residential journey under a single roof: architecture, interiors, millwork, landscape, and construction. We call our team cosmonauts for a reason. The work of building a home is a long mission, and we crew it the way you crew a flight: small, senior, fully in command of the systems, accountable for every coordinate.

That's why we hire infrequently and carefully. We're not looking to fill a seat — we're looking for the next person who belongs on the crew. If that might be you, this is your invitation to introduce yourself.

Currently on our radar
Licensed Architects.
California in focus.

We're especially interested in hearing from licensed architects based in California, with a particular focus on the Los Angeles region, as we deepen our presence on the West Coast. If that's you, we'd love for your signal to reach us first.

02 — The Right Stuff

What it
takes.

Three things we look for in everyone who joins the crew — no exceptions, no asterisks.

01 — Command
Command of the craft

You draw with intent and detail like it matters — because here it gets built. Whatever your discipline, you own your systems and you can be trusted at the controls.

02 — One studio
A one-studio mind

No handoffs, no silos. The line you draw is the line that's built. You think past your own discipline and design for the whole house, with the whole crew at the table.

03 — Range
Curiosity & range

We never draw the same house twice. You're energized by the unfamiliar question, the new lot, the family you haven't met — and you'd rather invent than repeat.

03 — Send Your Signal

Introduce yourself.

No application forms, no cover-letter theatre. Tell us who you are, show us what you've made, and say what kind of mission you're after. If there's a fit, you'll hear back from a member of the crew.

Every signal goes straight to the studio — the same way our project inquiries arrive. We read every one.
