A two-story modernist study in datum and overhang. Heavy upper volumes float over recessed glass; the entry reads as a quiet erosion of mass. The pool terrace continues the language at grade.

Plans, sections and elevations produced in-house — led by the three-dimensional study that ties them together. The drawings carry the same restraint as the renderings: nothing decorative, nothing surplus.
Active on site with Astro Cósmico in Coconut Grove. Concrete volumes rising from the slab through June 2026: the drawing becoming the built thing, documented as it happens.
